Climate-controlled storage units are perfect if you intend to store weather-sensitive items such as artwork, furniture, clothing, and other items that may be susceptible to temperature and humidity damage (mold, mildew, rust, corrosion). Indoor units also eliminate rodent problems.

Your belongings will remain safe and sound at our indoor facility since we’ve invested in 24-hour digital video surveillance and alarms. We’re able to keep track of all facility activity at all times.

We provide exceptional customer service for our tenants. We rent portable shelving for the units, and we sell disc locks, boxes, tape, labels, bubble wrap and other moving and packing supplies on site.

Main and upper storage floors are carpeted and artwork is featured in some hallways. Our main floor is also host to BROADWAY GIFTS, an amazing offering of curated gifts from around the world! Check it out here:

Broadway Storage is located at 204 South Broadway Street, Yreka, CA, 96097. Co-owners John and Lisa Nixon invite you to visit our beautifully repurposed legacy building in the heart of historic downtown! Our facility is easily accessible to residents and businesses throughout Medford, Ashland, Hornbrook, Weed, Mt. Shasta, Fort Jones, Etna, and other surrounding areas. Find us just off of the central Yreka I-5 interchange.

We offer front door, drive-up access; nifty self-controlled lifts to upper and lower floors for heavy or bulky storage items; and dollies and handcarts for your use.

Sunday, Monday & Holidays*: Closed

* New Years; Memorial; Independence; Labor; Thanksgiving; Christmas (and if on a Sunday, then also the Monday following).
